Introduction to Iridology $49.50

Iridology is the study of the iris as a way of identifying a person’s state of health.  The premise behind Iridology is that the iris is like a map of the body, and physiological or structural changes in one part of the body can result in a change in the corresponding part of the iris.  This enables the Iridologist to glean clues about the health of a person by observing signs or changes in the iris. This short course is an introduction into Iridology.  You will learn about its history, some of the pioneers of modern Iridology, Iridology charts, basic concepts in Iridology, such as constitutional type, and the meanings of certain fibre structures, patterns, markings and eye colours. You will also have the chance to apply your knowledge using several different examples.

Martin Stone, Naturopath
Martin has over 20 years experience as a practitioner and educator in the natural health industry. He is also the owner, founder and managing Director at Switch on Health.
Deanne Apostolou, Medical Herbalist, Iridologist
Deanne is a Medical Herbalist, Iridologist, educator and speaker, with over 23 years of clinical experience. Deanne studied a Diploma of Medical Herbalism with Nancy Evelyn (one of Dorothy Hall’s first graduates) at the Newcastle College of Herbal Medicine and recently completed a Bachelor of Medicines Management with Professional Honours in Complementary Medicine through the University of Tasmania. Deanne has written subject content, lectured and supervised clinical practice, and is an academic tutor for Switch on Health.
Christine Sinclair, Naturopath
Christine has a Masters of Health Science from the University of Sydney, Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from the University of New England, and Diplomas in Botanical Medicine, Nutritional Medicine, Homoeopathy. For the past 20 years she has worked in the natural health industry as a consultant, researcher, writer, educator and clinician, and is the content manager for Switch on Health.
